2 starches ( Example: herb roasted redskin potatoes, lemon scented rice pilaf)
 

Platinum Buffet $45.00 and above plus fees
3 entrees (Examples: sliced rib-eye, pan seared cod, Lamb lollipops)
2 vegetables (Examples: lemon pepper asparagus, California blend
vegetables)
2 starches (Examples: Parmesan risotto, pasta alfredo)

Basic Buffet $20.00 per person plus fees and tax
1 entree (example: herb roasted chicken with rosemary au jus)
1 vegetable ( Example: Collard greens with smoked meat)
1 starch ( garlic Mashed potatoes)

All buffets come with choice of house salad or Cesar salad and dinner rolls
(drinks can be provided for an additional $2.00 per person)

Fees:
service fee: 10% of total catering price 
Tax: 7% of total catering price 
Buffet attendants/ servers (if needed) 20% gratuity of catering price 
Travel out side of 285 perimeter: $20.00 for every 5 miles
