Work side by side With Chef Dunn, and as a group prepare a three course meal that will demonstrate basic culinary cooking procedures that will allow you to reproduce the meal and dozens of others.. Learn Proper knife handling skills, as well as searing, sauce making and sautéing techniques… All this and more you will be able to learn from the comforts of your own home and then get to dine upon the products of your labor.
